Firebird's Finery always had a strong fantasy around the Phoenix theme with the (2 ) Bonus "rising from the ashes" cheat death and the Fire element with an Ignite DoT. Patch 2.7.0 and Season 23, however, brought us a complete rework of this set. Comically enough, the strongest Firebird build iterations have been using non- Fire abilities! Yet, Firebird's Finery had its glory days of dominating the META as a Trash Killer from Season 12 to 15 using Meteor Star Pact alongside channeling multipliers like Deathwish. This also means that we will constantly have the damage reduction bonus from Aquila Cuirass.įor Season 22, we will take Gesture of Orpheus in our 4th cube slot to further reduce the cooldown of Slow Time.Firebird's Finery has been one of the weakest and most clunky sets in the game for quite some time, having to juggle between three Fire abilities to benefit from its set bonuses. Add to that our innate Arcane Power regen, and the extra regen from Astral Presence, and the resource cost of Disintegrate will be 0 (Arcane Power regen will be higher than the cost will be after factoring in RCR). Combining our RCR from paragon points, the RCR from Cindercoat, and from Hergebrash's Binding, will give us 80-95% RCR on Disintegrate. This build is focused on creating as viable a Disintegrate build as possible, using the Legacy of Dreams gem, considering that no "modern" Disintegrate builds exist, sadly, and none will for at least another 2 seasons.Īs there is no synergistic amulets exist for Disintegrate, we will take a Hellfire Amulet and we want either Astral Presence as our 5th passive or one of the other 4 passives mentioned above.
